COMPLAINT

For all products purchased in the Store the Customer is entitled to the rights for defects of non-conformity of the Goods with the contract FOR 2 YEARS from the date of purchase in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.

STEP BY STEP – HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY PRODUCT?

You may also prepare your own complaint description using the form, but we recommend using the existing form to make the process easier.

Send the product, along with the form and proof of purchase, to:

Complaints are dealt with promptly, but not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of your product. In the event that the claim is considered justified, we will comply with the claim in accordance with applicable legal regulations regarding warranty.

REMEMBER:

  • The goods must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Choose a reliable form of delivery, such as courier service. If that is not possible, use proof of posting.

RETURNS

You have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package (right of withdrawal). You do not need to give a reason for the return, although we will be grateful for this information in order to improve our offer.

STEP BY STEP – HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

You have two options:

1. FREE RETURN OF PRODUCT

This form of return can be used by anyone who made a purchase on KIDOBIKES.PL irrespective of the value of the order. Return of goods to our office is free.

1. Return the goods on weekdays between 9 am and 4 pm to:

2. Provide the employee with the return form (download, .PDF format ) and a receipt or other proof of purchase, for example confirmation of payment containing the order number.
3. Sign the return document.

REMEMBER:

  • You will not be reimbursed „on the spot”. If you paid for your order by cash on delivery and filled out the bank account field indicated on the form, your refund will be made to the account specified in the return document. If you have made a prepayment – we will reimburse the payment card or the account from which the payment was made.
  • The return date can be up to 14 days from the day you deliver the goods to Kido.
  • You are responsible for diminished value of the goods as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • The goods must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

2. SHIPPING AT OWN EXPENSE:

You can also make a return in the traditional way by sending the package at your expense using a return form or a self-made withdrawal statement.

1. Fill in the return form (download, .PDF format) carefully, remembering to indicate the bank account number clearly and to sign the document.
2. The goods must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
3. Send the product, along with the signed return form or a contract withdrawal statement and proof of purchase, to:

REMEMBER:

  • Your return is made at your own expense, which is non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for diminished value of the goods as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • Do not forget to attach the original or a copy of the proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice).
  • SIGN THE RETURN FORM. FORMS WITHOUT A SIGNATURE will not be considered.
  • Deadline for reimbursement of payments can range from 5 to 14 days within the receipt of the refund in the KIDO office or the provision of proof of posting, depending on which of these events occurs earlier, under the rules of the law.
  • If you paid for your order by cash on delivery and filled out the bank account field indicated on the form, your refund will be made to the account specified in the form. If you have made a prepayment – we will reimburse the payment card or the account from which the payment was made.
  • We are not able to accept packages sent as „cash on delivery–.
  • Due to the security of the shipment and the speed of delivery, we recommend sending the goods by courier or using the “Proof of posting“ / “Registered parcel” option.
